I started my Qi Gong journey after a life-changing trauma, seeking ways to heal my body and mind. Over the years, I turned to many different healing practices, where Qi Gong became a key part of my recovery. It has helped me reconnect with my body, mind, and soul, creating a deep sense of inner balance and peace.

My goal is to make Qi Gong accessible to everyone, no matter your age, background, or fitness level. Whether you're new to it or looking to enhance your practice I’m here to support you on your own unique journey toward better health and peace.

I offer both online lessons and in-person drop-in classes to ensure Qi Gong is accessible to everyone.

I am offering an honour system for retired community, where you pay what you can, when you can, please contact me directly to access that.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30-10:30 AM (UK time).

Also includes a shorter 20 minute session for when you don't have time for a full hour.

You shouldn’t experience any pain during these exercises. If you do, dial it back. A gentler movement is always a good option—after all, we’re aiming for inner peace, not an Olympic sport. Qi Gong is all about listening to your body and finding that balance, not about outdoing the person next to you (who, let’s face it, is probably just as lost as you are).

By participating, you’re doing so at your own pace and risk. The instructor is not responsible for any discomfort or for any sudden bursts of calmness that may leave you looking far too serene in the middle of a stressful week. If you feel any pain or discomfort, please stop and seek medical advice. And if you find yourself spontaneously serene, don’t worry—it’s perfectly normal!
